Syntax
ROUND(number, num_digits)
Arguments
- number
- The value to round.
- num_digits
- Decimals to keep. 0 = nearest whole. Negative rounds left of the point: -3 β nearest 1000.
Examples
=ROUND(1234.567, 2)
β 1234.57
=ROUND(1234.567, -2)
β 1200
Good to know
- Rounds half away from zero (2.5 β 3, -2.5 β -3).
