Split PDF

Pull specific pages out of a PDF, or break it into single-page files. Load the PDF, choose a page range like 1-3, 5, or split every page at once. Runs in your browser with pdf-lib β€” the file is never uploaded.

Splitting runs in your browser with pdf-lib β€” the file is never uploaded. Each output page keeps its original size and content; form fields and signatures may not carry over. If β€œDownload all” only saves the first file, your browser is blocking multiple downloads β€” save them one at a time instead.

How to use it

  1. Drop in a PDF file.
  2. Choose 'Extract a page range' and type the pages you want, or 'Split every page'.
  3. Download the new PDF, or each single-page file.

FAQ

How do I write the page range?
Comma-separated pages and ranges, for example 1-3, 5, 8-10. Pages outside the document are ignored.
Are my files uploaded?
No β€” the split is done on your device.
Why did 'Download all' only save one file?
Some browsers block a page from starting several downloads at once. Save the single-page files one at a time instead.
